Ken in Connecticut recently had a problem with corrosion on his Mail Boss mailbox. We determined that the finish was defective, and although finishes are “officially” outside of warranty, we always take care of our customers! We sent him a replacement mailbox and he sent us this feedback:

The unusual corrosion problem I had was addressed quickly by you and a replacement box was sent to me. I was impressed that you even paid return shipping to have the corrosion on the old Mail Boss examined by you engineers for quality control. Because you were so dedicated to solving any issues quickly I give your company a 5 star rating ( The Best!). I don’t often write reviews but thought the great service should be acknowledged. I have already mentioned your professional concern about quality to a couple of neighbors that will be getting the Mail Boss from you also. Standing behind you product is what is it all about in the eye of the consumer. I thank you and appreciate you quick response to solving my concerns.
