Here are a couple photos from Kevin in Sacramento, who recently installed his Mail Boss security mailbox in a brick column:

Kevin writes,

“Check out our new Mail Boss! We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks for making such a quality product!”

Can I install a MailBoss curbside into a column as well? The mail manager shows column installation but the curbside does not.

Sure can! The pictured installation is actually of a MailBoss curbside box, not a mail manager. But you can use any of our curbside boxes in a column installation. The installation will obviously require some custom work, as the masonry will have to be built around the box at the appropriate dimensions. The flag will have to be removed, or it will be left nonoperational, and removal is quite simple as it is attached with two bolts to the box. Customers who have done this in the past have attached flags to the front of the box in a variety of ways, so that the mail carrier can be notified of outgoing mail! Thanks for your inquiry.
