Just for Fun: Mailbox Survival Strategy!

We found this great picture in a “funny mailbox video” online, and wanted to share it here. What a survival strategy! Perhaps this mailbox owner has an adjustable rate mortgage? Sorry- that’s not funny…

This picture got us thinking, though… this strategy would work quite well to prevent mail identity theft as well, negating the need for a locking mailbox, if (and only if) the homeowner happened to be about 30 feet tall. And, of course, the mailman would have to have a really long arm. Anyway… Happy Friday!
