A customer had a little snafu when installing her mailbox, so we offered to send her a replacement in exchange for her ‘troublesome’ mailbox. When her Mail Boss arrived today, we found this note of thanks inside:
Thank you for the replacement – I truly appreciate your excellent customer service on the issue I had with this box. I’m sure the box will be re-sellable, once you get that screw out.
Thank you again.
