So if you’re lock is sticking, seizing, or otherwise being difficult, just give us a call at (800) 589-7990. I bought a mailboss 7106 from DJS store in Albertville, MN. This one was a display model. It was the last one. store claimed it is in new condition. i was not awared or warned this mailboss had a key stucked in the lock. I could not take it out. Do I need specific instruction to solve this problem, or I have to replace the whole key lock? Obviously I can’t mail this box back to store caused the shipping cost way over my budget. Need advice.
