At Epoch Design, we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you have reached out to us regarding an issue with your Mail Boss locking security mailbox, you have likely experienced our excellent customer service and know that, even when an issue is not technically covered under “warranty“, we generally take care of any problems in a timely fashion.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Mail Boss locking security mailboxes. While we do not officially warranty the Mail Boss lock (in part because it is not manufactured by our company) we recognize the importance of ensuring total customer satisfaction, which includes providing an exceptional lock for an exceptional mailbox.

Now we’re making it official! If you should experience any problems with your Mail Boss lock, we pledge to replace it for you. So if you’re lock is sticking, seizing, or otherwise being difficult, just give us a call at (800) 589-7990. We’ll likely tell you to try applying Tri-Flow®, a teflon-based lubricant that is pretty much a miracle worker when it comes to resolving lock issues. But, rest assured knowing that if we can’t fix your lock problem, we will send you a new Mail Boss lock and key set free of charge!

I bought a mailboss 7106 from DJS store in Albertville, MN. This one was a display model. It was the last one. store claimed it is in new condition. i was not awared or warned this mailboss had a key stucked in the lock. I could not take it out. Do I need specific instruction to solve this problem, or I have to replace the whole key lock? Obviously I can’t mail this box back to store caused the shipping cost way over my budget. Need advice.
