We recently sent out a free lock replacement to a Mail Boss customer whose lock failed. She responded in kind with this lovely thank you note:

Hello friends at Epoch Design,

I thank you so very much for the lock. I installed it. [...] I am happy it finally is lockable. I appreciate it and will save the special $2 and $0.20 stampes – I have never seen them.
